Use airtunes for anything!

I love the iTunes/AirTunes combo, so much so that I have manage to get the office to buy Airport expresses as access points but i have always felt annoyed that you can't use them for any music, just iTunes music.

This means that I am stuck when it comes to listening to my last.fm stream, it doesn't come into iTunes, so headphones it is. Until I found this nice little hack/app called airfoil - it hijacks the audio stream that come from the last.fm player and sends it straight to any airtunes speakers! How cool is that?

Ok, so it is not free but $25 is not much to ask for audio freedom

Spoke POV

Almost a year ago, a friend of mine, Matt sugested that I should "Pimp My Ride", not my car but my bike...

At the time I didn't really have any really cool ideas on how to tackle this but now I have! I have gotta get me one (or more) of these! Spoke POV is a nice little project to really pimp my bike up! Just need to get a few kits and away I go!

IPods in London

Well I do feel a little vindicated today...

On the front page of the London Times today there is a great article about the rapid increase of IPod thefts and the fact that they are directly related to the instantly recognizable white earbuds that they have.

Since day one, Apple's adverts have "show off" the sexy earbuds as an essential part of the IPod experience and they are right! But they do scream out to everyone around, that you have an ipod. So now there is a very strong recommendation not to use them, and get regular headphones...

I feel good, my ipod's earbuds are still in the plastic wrap, in the box, as they came. My Sony fontopia earbuds do me just fine, thankyou.

Phone Wallpapers!

I can not believe it!
people are being charged huge ammounts to get a new wallpaper sent to their phone for actualy nothing!
Ok so many people are copyrighted and so some money must go back to the person who took the photo (this is a good thing) but i am not convinced that this is happening. I just converted a photo or two that i have taken into wallpapers for my phone but any image, anywhere on the internet would do

Camera Phone

Ok so i finaly folded and went and got a new phone! yes! it has been almost two years since i got a new one and now i am the proud owner of a nice shiny  new Motorola V600! I will not bore you with the specs but lets just say it is cool!

Dogs vs Cats

Ok so the battle is on. There are two contenders. The Sony AIBO (http://www.eu.aibo.com/) or the Omron NeCoRo (http://www.omron.com/news/n_161001.html).
